EGYPTIAN TERRACOTTA USHABTI
New Kingdom Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC. An Egyptian mummiform terracotta ushabti with a striated wig and arms folded at the chest. The facial features are visible. Reviewed by Simone Musso, consultant curator for Egyptian antiquities at the Stibbert Museum, Florence, Italy, member of the Nuri Archaeological Expedition. Size: 170mm x 50mm; Weight: 370g Provenance: Private UK collection acquired on the US art market. This item has been cleared against the Art Loss Register database and comes with a confirmation letter.
