Ca. 8th - 6th century BC. A black stone cylinder seal depicting an enthroned deity with a crouching bull and a warrior deity standing on its bull, accompanied by a worshipper. Several astral elements are shown in the exergue, including a winged sun, an 8-pointed star and the symbol of Marduk, the patron deity of Babylon. Studied by PD Dr. habil.
