AKKADIAN LAPIS LAZULI CYLINDER SEAL
Ca. 2350 - 2150 BC. A lapis lazuli cylinder seal engraved with two human figures accompanied by feline-like creatures. The figure on the left wears a horned headdress and a long garment, with a beast standing on its hind legs, head raised. Opposite, a figure in a short kilt is depicted with a second creature balancing on its front legs, head lowered.
